I have had excellent care from Broad Lane Surgery over the past few months. The online booking system is very easy to use and I could always get an appointment when needed. I really appreciated the GP taking the time to talk to me and understand what I was going through. Appointments never felt rushed and throughout I have been treated personally and not just as another patient. This has made an enormous impact on my recovery as I have felt very supported throughout. I can't recommend the surgery highly enough.

Cannot fault the attention received at the surgery. I went for booster covid and flu, these were administered at the appointment time, no waiting, quickly and efficiently.
Any questions I had were answered fully.
An excellent surgery.
